Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPR2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 47-1/2"W design with a 13.0 cu. ft. capacity, ensuring ample storage for ingredients. The self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system maintains optimal temperatures, while the stainless steel top includes openings for (12) 1/6 size pans, allowing for efficient ingredient organization. Equipped with a 1/2" thick insulated top lid, the EPR2 ensures temperature retention and freshness. The unit includes (2) solid hinged self-closing doors for easy access, along with (4) epoxy-coated wire shelves that feature height-adjustable clips for customizable storage. A 12-1/4" removable cutting board provides a convenient prep surface. Digital controls with an LED display simplify operation, and the auto defrost feature enhances maintenance ease. The interior is illuminated with LED lighting, and the stainless steel construction throughout the interior, front, top, and sides ensures durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized steel bottom and rear add to the unit's robust design. Mobility is facilitated by (4) 5" swivel casters, with (2) locking for stability. The EPR2 operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/4 HP compressor, and is designed for 115v/60/1-ph electrical systems with a 3.5 amp draw. The unit is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P cord and meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
