The Everest Refrigeration ESC47R is a sleek and efficient refrigerated display case designed specifically for showcasing sushi. With a countertop design measuring 47-1/4"W and a capacity of 1.5 cu. ft., it provides ample space for displaying your culinary creations. The self-contained refrigeration system features right-mounted cooling for optimal performance. The display case is equipped with curved glass for enhanced visibility and (2) rear sliding glass doors for easy access. It accommodates (3) plastic trays, making it ideal for organizing and presenting sushi. Temperature control and a built-in thermometer ensure that your products are kept at the perfect serving temperature, while the on/off power switch adds convenience. Constructed with a black coated steel and ABS plastic exterior, the unit is both durable and stylish. The stainless steel floor offers easy cleaning and maintenance. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the ESC47R operates efficiently with a 1/8 HP compressor, drawing 1.5 amps at 115v/60/1-ph. The unit is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P cord and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
