Description
The Everest Refrigeration ESF1 is a high-performance reach-in freezer designed for efficiency and convenience. With a spacious 23.0 cu. ft. capacity and a compact width of 29-1/4", it fits seamlessly into various commercial kitchen layouts. The self-contained top-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance. This model features a solid hinged self-closing door that is field reversible and includes a locking mechanism for added security. Inside, you'll find three epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips, allowing for customizable storage options. The digital controls with an LED display make it easy to monitor and adjust temperatures, while the auto defrost function simplifies maintenance. The interior is illuminated with energy-efficient LED lighting, enhancing visibility and accessibility. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and front and sides, along with a galvanized steel top, bottom, and rear, the ESF1 is built for durability and easy cleaning. It is equipped with two leg stabilizers and four 5" swivel casters (two locking) for mobility and stability. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP compressor, this freezer operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 5.0 amps. The unit is compliant with NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring it meets rigorous health and safety requirements.
