The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance, while the 16-gauge stainless steel worktop offers a durable and easy-to-clean surface for food preparation. This model features two heavy-duty drawers, allowing for easy access to ingredients and supplies. The digital controls with LED display facilitate precise temperature management, and the auto defrost function simplifies maintenance. Designed for front air breathing, it includes a pressure relief port for enhanced efficiency. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and front and sides, along with a galvanized steel bottom and rear, the ETBR1-D2 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking, for easy mobility and stability. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this refrigerator operates with a 1/5 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 2.5 amps, ensuring energy efficiency.
