Description
The Everest Refrigeration ETF1 is a versatile undercounter/worktop freezer designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. With a compact one-section design measuring 35-5/8"W and a generous 9.0 cu. ft. capacity, it fits seamlessly into any workspace. The self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance, while the 16-gauge stainless steel worktop provides a durable and easy-to-clean surface. This freezer features a solid hinged self-closing door with a locking mechanism for added security, complemented by a door frame heater and a snap-in magnetic door gasket to maintain temperature integrity. Inside, you'll find two epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips, allowing for customizable storage options. Digital controls with an LED display make temperature management straightforward, with a temperature range of -10°F to +54°F. The auto defrost function simplifies maintenance, while LED interior lighting enhances visibility. The unit is equipped with a pressure relief port and 2-1/2" polyurethane insulation for energy efficiency. Safety features include an overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil, ensuring reliable operation. The stainless steel interior, front, and sides provide durability, while the galvanized steel bottom and rear enhance structural integrity. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the ETF1 operates with a 1/3 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 2.0 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P cord.
