Description
The Excellence EDC-8CHC is a high-capacity ice cream dipping cabinet designed for optimal display and accessibility. With a width of 47-1/2 inches and a generous 12.5 cu. ft. capacity, it features self-contained refrigeration that maintains a temperature range of -15° to 5°F, ensuring your ice cream stays perfectly frozen. The cabinet includes a curved glass front for an attractive presentation and allows for easy viewing of contents. This model accommodates up to eight 3-gallon working tubs, making it ideal for busy ice cream shops. It is equipped with two sliding glass doors for convenient access and includes can holders with spill guards to keep the area clean. The sleek white exterior complements any setting, while the two locking casters provide mobility and stability.
