Description
The Excellence HBG-9HC Gelato Dipping Cabinet is designed for optimal display and storage of gelato. With a spacious 51-3/4" width and a 13.8 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to nine 5-liter pans, making it ideal for showcasing a variety of flavors. The self-contained refrigeration system ensures consistent cooling, with a temperature range of -15° to 15°. Featuring a sleek curved glass front, this cabinet enhances visibility while maintaining an attractive presentation. The interior is illuminated with LED lighting, highlighting your gelato selections. The unit includes lower storage space, two sliding glass doors for easy access, and a mezzanine shelf for additional organization. Built with a cold wall evaporator and powered by R290 HC refrigerant, the Excellence HBG-9HC operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP compressor and 2.0 amps at 115v/60/1-ph.
