The Falcon ADPC-66 is a high-performance ice cream dipping cabinet designed for optimal display and storage of your frozen treats. With a spacious 67.8" width, it accommodates up to twelve 3-gallon tubs, making it ideal for busy ice cream shops or dessert bars. The bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system ensures efficient cooling, while the temperature range of -15°F to 5°F keeps your ice cream perfectly frozen. This display case features six durable epoxy shelves for easy organization and access. The white painted steel exterior and interior provide a clean, professional look, complemented by an LED interior light that enhances product visibility. Electronic controls with a digital temperature display allow for precise temperature management, and the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. Constructed with a sturdy aluminum back and utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the Falcon ADPC-66 is both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. It operates on a 1/2 HP compressor with a 115v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 5.64 amps.
