The Falcon AR60-24RB is a powerful 60" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features six 30,000 BTU cast iron open burners, providing exceptional heat distribution and control for various cooking techniques. The right-hand side includes a 24" raised broiler/griddle plate, made from 3/4" thick material and equipped with a splash guard for added safety and convenience. This range includes two standard ovens, each powered by a U-shape 30,000 BTU/hr burner, allowing for efficient cooking with a thermostat-controlled temperature range of 250°F to 550°F. Safety is prioritized with a thermal coupling safety valve and a standby pilot. The pull-out crumb tray simplifies cleanup, while the welded frame ensures durability. Constructed with a stainless steel front and handle, along with galvanized sides, the Falcon AR60-24RB is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
