The Falcon AST-27 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a compact 27-1/2"W footprint and a spacious 7.9 cu. ft. interior capacity, it efficiently accommodates (6) 1/6 GN pans and (2) 1/9 GN pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The rear mount self-contained refrigeration system maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, ensuring food freshness. Equipped with a digital thermostat and auto defrost feature, the AST-27 simplifies temperature management and maintenance. The unit features a self-closing swing door with a recessed handle for easy access and a 10"D cutting board for convenient food prep. Constructed from durable 430 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it offers longevity and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with casters, while the environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant ensures efficient cooling.
