It is equipped with rear mount self-contained refrigeration that maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, ensuring optimal food freshness. The unit accommodates (9) 1/6 GN pans and (3) 1/9 GN pans, providing ample space for ingredients. A digital thermostat allows for precise temperature control, while the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. The self-closing swing door with a recessed handle ensures easy access and energy efficiency. An 8"D x 3/4"H cutting board is included for convenient food prep. Constructed from durable 430 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It rolls smoothly on casters for easy mobility.
