With a width of 36-1/4 inches and an interior capacity of 10.8 cubic feet, it efficiently accommodates up to ten 1/6 GN pans. The rear mount self-contained refrigeration system maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, ensuring optimal food freshness. Equipped with a digital thermostat and auto defrost feature, this unit offers precise temperature control and convenience. The self-closing swing doors with recessed handles provide easy access while maintaining energy efficiency. A 10-1/2"D x 3/4"H cutting board enhances workspace functionality. Constructed from durable 430 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the Falcon AST-36 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features casters for easy mobility and is powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3/7 HP compressor.
