The temperature range of 33°F to 40°F is maintained by a rear mount self-contained refrigeration system, featuring a digital thermostat for precise control and auto defrost for hassle-free maintenance. The unit is equipped with two self-closing swing doors with recessed handles for easy access and energy efficiency. An 8-inch deep by 3/4-inch high cutting board offers a convenient workspace for food preparation. Constructed from durable 430 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the Falcon AST-36M is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It rolls smoothly on casters for easy mobility.
