The Falcon AST-48 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for efficient sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 46-3/4"W and 14 cu. ft. interior capacity, it features rear mount self-contained refrigeration that maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F. This unit accommodates up to 12 (1/6) GN pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens. Equipped with a digital thermostat and auto defrost functionality, the Falcon AST-48 ensures optimal temperature control and easy maintenance. The two self-closing swing doors with recessed handles provide convenient access while maintaining energy efficiency. An 11-1/2"D cutting board offers ample workspace for food preparation. Constructed from durable 430 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It is mounted on casters for easy mobility and features R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally friendly operation. Powered by a 1/2 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 4.9 amps, and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
