The Falcon AST-48M is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 46-3/4"W design with a 14 cu. ft. interior capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It accommodates up to 18 (1/6) GN pans, ensuring ample storage for ingredients. The rear mount self-contained refrigeration system maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, supported by a digital thermostat for precise control. The unit includes auto defrost functionality and is equipped with two self-closing swing doors featuring recessed handles for easy access. An 8"D cutting board provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. Constructed from durable 430 stainless steel, both the interior and exterior are designed for longevity and easy cleaning. The Falcon AST-48M is mobile, thanks to its casters, and operates using environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. It is powered by a 1/2 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with a 5.4 amp draw, and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets industry standards for safety and sanitation.
