The Falcon AST-60M is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal food preparation and storage. With a spacious 60-1/4"W and an interior capacity of 18.4 cu. ft., it efficiently accommodates up to 24 1/6 GN pans, making it ideal for sandwich and salad preparation. The rear mount self-contained refrigeration system maintains a consistent temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, ensuring food safety and freshness. Equipped with a digital thermostat and auto defrost feature, this unit simplifies temperature management. It features two self-closing swing doors with recessed handles for easy access and energy efficiency. The 8"D x 3/4"H cutting board provides ample workspace for food prep. Constructed with durable 430 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the Falcon AST-60M is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes casters for easy mobility and is powered by a 1/2 HP compressor using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 5.4 amp draw, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
