The Falcon AST-72 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 70-3/8" width and 21.8 cu. ft. interior capacity, it efficiently accommodates up to 18 (1/6) GN pans. The rear mount self-contained refrigeration system maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, ensuring food freshness. Features include a digital thermostat for easy temperature management, auto defrost for hassle-free maintenance, and three self-closing swing doors with recessed handles for convenient access. The unit is equipped with an 11-1/2"D cutting board for added workspace. Constructed from durable 430 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. Mobility is enhanced with casters, while the R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and 4/5 HP compressor ensure efficient cooling. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 7.8 amp draw, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
