The FETCO CBS-1252-PLUS is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a double 1.5-gallon capacity. Its digital touchpad operation allows for easy adjustments to brew time and volume, ensuring a customizable brewing experience. Streamlined programming and diagnostic features enhance usability, while the manual hot water service provides added convenience. Constructed with a durable metal brew basket, this brewer is equipped with three 5 kW heaters, operating at 240v/60/3-ph with a maximum amp draw of 36.6. Capable of producing up to 30 gallons of coffee per hour, it meets cULus and NSF standards. For optimal performance, it is compatible with FETCO D449, D480, and D009 thermal servers (sold separately).
