The FETCO CBS-1262 Plus Coffee Brewer is designed for high-volume coffee service with a robust 3.0-gallon capacity. This double brewer features a manual hot water faucet for added convenience. The laser-welded tank provides exceptional durability and longevity. Operating at 208-240 volts with three 4.0 kW heaters, this brewer delivers an impressive output of 31.9 gallons per hour, making it ideal for busy environments. Certified by cULus and NSF, the CBS-1262 is built to meet rigorous safety and health standards. It requires a 3-phase, 3+G wiring setup and operates at 12.0 kW and 29.4 amps. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO TPD-30 thermal server (sold separately).
