The FETCO CBS-2231-NG (E2231US-1A115-PA011) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a 1.0-gallon capacity. This single brewer is equipped with an intuitive LED touchscreen interface for easy operation and a brew status indicator light to keep you informed. The ECO mode enhances energy efficiency, while the USB plug-in feature allows for convenient updates. Manual hot water service is available for added versatility, and the plastic brew basket ensures durability. With a powerful 1 x 1.5kW heater, this unit operates on a 120v/60/1-ph electrical system, drawing a maximum of 13 amps. Capable of brewing up to 4 gallons per hour, it meets cULus and NSF standards. For optimal performance, it is compatible with FETCO D041/D063/D451/D482 thermal servers (sold separately).
