Manual hot water service is available for added versatility, and the stainless steel brew basket ensures durability and easy cleaning. With a powerful 2.3 kW heater, this unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a maximum amp draw of 13. Capable of brewing up to 6 gallons per hour, the CBS-2231-NG meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial settings. Compatible with FETCO D041/D063/D451/D482 thermal servers (sold separately).
