This twin brewer has a 1.0-gallon capacity and is equipped with an intuitive LED touchscreen interface for easy operation. The brew status indicator light keeps you informed of the brewing process, while the ECO mode enhances energy efficiency. With a manual hot water service option, this brewer is versatile for various beverage needs. It utilizes two powerful 3.0kW heaters, operating at 208-240v/60/1-ph, with a maximum amp draw of 25.5 amps and a total output of 6.0 kW. The unit is designed without a cord for flexible placement and can brew up to 12 gallons of coffee per hour. Constructed with a durable plastic brew basket, the FETCO CBS-2232-NG is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. For optimal performance, it is compatible with FETCO D041, D063, D451, and D482 thermal servers, sold separately.
