This single brewer is equipped with an LED touchscreen interface for intuitive operation and a brew status indicator light for real-time monitoring. The ECO mode enhances energy efficiency, while the USB plug-in feature allows for easy software updates. Manual hot water service is available for added versatility, and the plastic brew basket ensures durability. With a powerful 2.3 kW heater, this unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a maximum amp draw of 19.7. Capable of brewing up to 6 gallons per hour, it meets cULus and NSF standards. Compatible with FETCO D451, D482, D448, and D479 thermal servers (sold separately), the CBS-2241-NG is an ideal choice for high-demand coffee environments.
