This twin brewer has a generous 3.0-gallon capacity, making it ideal for high-demand environments. The LED touchscreen interface allows for easy operation, while the brew status indicator light keeps you informed of the brewing process. With an ECO mode for energy efficiency, the brewer also includes a USB plug-in feature for software updates. The manual hot water service provides added versatility. Constructed with a stainless steel brew basket, it ensures durability and easy maintenance. The unit is equipped with three 3.0kW heaters, operating at 208-240v/60/3-ph with a maximum amp draw of 22.2, delivering an impressive output of 23 gallons per hour. Certified by cULus and NSF, this brewer is designed for professional use and is compatible with the FETCO D012 thermal server (sold separately).
