The manual hot water service provides added versatility for various beverage options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel brew basket, it ensures longevity and ease of cleaning. The CBS-2262-NG boasts a powerful 6 x 4.0kW heating system, operating at 208-240v/60/3-ph with a maximum amp draw of 50.5. Capable of producing up to 47 gallons of coffee per hour, this brewer is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO D012 thermal server (sold separately).
