The FETCO CBS-51H-15 (C51026) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a handle-operated system for ease of use. With a generous 1.5-gallon capacity, this automatic brewer includes an on/off switch and a two-portion standard for versatile brewing options. The gravity flow dispense tube system ensures a smooth pour, while programmable recipes allow for customized brewing to suit various tastes. Safety and convenience are prioritized with a brew basket that locks during the brewing cycle and a hot water service feature. The unit is equipped with a tank drain for easy maintenance and a powerful 3.0kW heater, operating at 120/208-240v with a single-phase connection. It has a maximum amp draw of 11.2 - 12.9 and delivers an impressive brewing rate of 6.0 gallons per hour. The FETCO CBS-51H-15 is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. For optimal performance, it is compatible with FETCO D449, D452, or D009 brew baskets (sold separately).
