The gourmet coffee brew basket locks securely during the brewing cycle, ensuring optimal extraction. Additionally, it offers a hot water service and a tank drain for convenient maintenance. Equipped with dual 3.0kW heaters, the FETCO CBS-51H-15 operates on 120/208-240v, single-phase power, with a power range of 4.6 - 6.1kW and a maximum amp draw of 22.0 - 25.4 amps. It has an impressive brewing capacity of 10.5 - 15.0 gallons per hour, making it ideal for high-demand environments. This brewer is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Compatible with FETCO D449, D452, or D009 brew baskets (sold separately).
