The FETCO CBS-51H-15 (C51056) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a handle-operated system for ease of use. With a generous 1.5-gallon capacity, this automatic brewer includes an on/off switch and a two-portion standard for versatile brewing options. The gravity flow dispense tube system ensures a smooth pour, while programmable recipes allow for customization of brew strength and flavor. The gourmet coffee brew basket locks during the brewing cycle to maintain optimal extraction, and a hot water service feature adds convenience for tea or other hot beverages. Equipped with dual 4.0kW heaters, this unit operates on 120/208-240v, single-phase power, with a maximum amp draw of 29.3 - 33.8 amps and a power output of 6.1 - 8.1kW. The terminal block facilitates easy installation, and the brewer can produce 15.0 - 19.5 gallons of coffee per hour, making it ideal for high-demand environments. Certified by UL, cUL, and NSF, this brewer is compatible with FETCO D449, D452, or D009 brew baskets (sold separately).
