The gourmet coffee brew basket locks securely during the brew cycle, enhancing safety and consistency. Additionally, it includes a hot water service and a tank drain for easy maintenance. Powered by dual 4.0kW heaters, this brewer operates on 120/208-240v, single-phase, with a maximum amp draw of 29.3 - 33.8 amps and a power output of 6.1 - 8.1kW. It has a remarkable brewing capacity of 15.0 - 19.5 gallons per hour, making it ideal for high-demand environments. The unit is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
