The FETCO CBS-52H-15 is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a handle-operated twin system with a 1.5-gallon capacity. This automatic brewer includes an on/off switch and a two-portion standard for efficient brewing. Its gravity flow dispense tube system ensures a smooth coffee dispensing experience. Programmable recipes allow for customization, while the gourmet coffee brew basket locks during the brew cycle for optimal extraction. The unit also offers hot water service and a tank drain for easy maintenance. Equipped with three powerful 4.0kW heaters, it operates on a 400-480V, 3-phase electrical system with a maximum amp draw of 13.6 - 14.8 and a power output of 10.3 - 12.1kW. With a brewing capacity of 22.5 - 30.0 gallons per hour, the FETCO CBS-52H-15 is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring safety and quality. Compatible with FETCO D449, D452, or D009 brew baskets (sold separately), this brewer is ideal for high-demand coffee environments.
