Equipped with three powerful 4.0kW heaters, this unit operates on a 120/208-240v, 3-phase electrical system, requiring 4+G wires and drawing between 25.6 to 29.6 amps, with a total output of 9.2 to 12.1kW. The FETCO CBS-61H brews an impressive 21.0 to 27.0 gallons of coffee per hour, making it a reliable choice for busy settings. It meets UL, cUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and quality. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO TPD-30 thermal server (sold separately).
