The FETCO CBS-62H (C62026) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a robust 6000 Series construction. This twin brewer offers a generous 3.0-gallon capacity, making it ideal for high-demand environments. It includes an automatic on/off switch for convenience and a gravity flow dispense tube system for efficient serving. The gourmet coffee brew basket locks securely during the brewing cycle to ensure optimal extraction. Equipped with three powerful 4.0kW heaters, the CBS-62H operates on a voltage range of 120/208-240V, single-phase, with a maximum amp draw of 43.7 - 50.4 amps and a power output of 9.1 - 12.1kW. It delivers an impressive brewing capacity of 21.0 - 30.0 gallons per hour, making it perfect for busy coffee shops or catering services. The unit is UL, cUL, and NSF certified for safety and quality assurance. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO TPD-30 thermal server (sold separately).
