The gourmet coffee brew basket is designed to lock securely during the brewing cycle, ensuring optimal extraction and flavor. Additionally, the unit provides hot water service for versatile beverage preparation. Equipped with three powerful 3.0kW heaters, it operates on a 120/208-240v, 3-phase electrical system with a maximum amp draw of 19.4 - 22.4 amps and a total output of 6.9 - 9.1kW. The FETCO CBS-62H brews an impressive 18.0 - 24.0 gallons of coffee per hour, making it a reliable choice for busy settings. It meets UL, cUL, and NSF standards for safety and performance. For optimal use, pair it with the FETCO TPD-30 thermal server (sold separately).
