It includes an automatic on/off switch for convenient operation and a gravity flow dispense tube system for efficient serving. The gourmet coffee brew basket is designed to lock during the brew cycle, ensuring optimal extraction and flavor. Additionally, the unit provides hot water service for versatile beverage preparation. Equipped with three powerful 4.0kW heaters, it operates on a 120/208-240v, 3-phase electrical system with a maximum amp draw of 25.6 - 29.6 amps and a total output of 9.1 - 12.1kW. The FETCO CBS-62H can produce between 21.0 - 30.0 gallons of coffee per hour, making it a reliable choice for busy settings. It meets UL, cUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and quality. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO TPD-30 thermal server (sold separately).
