The FETCO CBS-62H (C62056) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a robust 6000 Series construction. This twin brewer offers a generous 3.0-gallon capacity, ensuring a steady supply of gourmet coffee. It operates automatically with an on/off switch for convenience and includes a gravity flow dispense tube system for easy serving. The brew basket locks securely during the brewing cycle to maintain optimal brewing conditions. Equipped with hot water service, the CBS-62H utilizes six powerful 3.0kW heaters, operating on a 120/208-240v, 3-phase electrical system with a maximum amp draw of 38.2 - 44.0 amps and a total output of 13.6 - 18.1kW. The terminal block allows for straightforward installation, while the brewer's impressive output of 33.0 - 45.0 gallons per hour ensures that you can meet high-demand situations with ease. This unit is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, guaranteeing safety and quality. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO TPD-30 thermal server (sold separately).
