Equipped with six powerful 4.0kW heaters, this unit operates on a 120/208-240v, 3-phase electrical system, with a maximum amp draw ranging from 50.7 to 58.5 amps and a total output of 18.1 to 24.1kW. The FETCO CBS-62H delivers an impressive brewing capacity of 45.0 to 54.0 gallons per hour, making it a reliable choice for busy coffee shops and restaurants. It meets UL, cUL, and NSF standards for safety and quality. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO TPD-30 thermal server (sold separately).
