The FETCO CBS-62H (C62166) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a robust 6000 Series construction. This twin brewer boasts a generous 3.0-gallon capacity, ensuring a steady supply of gourmet coffee. It operates automatically with an on/off switch for convenience and includes a gravity flow dispense tube system for easy serving. The brew basket locks securely during the brewing cycle, enhancing safety and efficiency. Equipped with hot water service, the CBS-62H utilizes six powerful 4.0kW heaters, operating at 440-480V, 3-phase, with a maximum amp draw of 26.8 - 29.2 amps and a total output of 20.4 - 24.1kW. This brewer delivers an impressive output of 45.0 - 54.0 gallons per hour, making it ideal for high-demand environments. The unit is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO TPD-30 thermal server (sold separately).
