The FETCO CBS-71A (C71027) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a robust 6.0-gallon capacity. This countertop model is ideal for high-volume environments, equipped with an automatic on/off switch for ease of use. It includes a low temperature/no brew feature to ensure optimal brewing conditions. The gourmet coffee brew basket and large spray pan assembly enhance extraction for superior flavor. With a rinse cycle and tank drain for easy maintenance, this brewer is powered by three 10.0kW heaters, operating on a 120/208-240v, 3-phase electrical system. It has a maximum amp draw of 63.2 - 72.9 and delivers an impressive output of 36.0 gallons per hour. The FETCO CBS-71A is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO LBD-6 thermal server (sold separately).
