The FETCO CBS-71AC (C71028) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, ideal for high-volume settings. This single brewer boasts a 6.0-gallon capacity and features a mobile cart for easy maneuverability. It operates automatically with an on/off switch and includes a low temperature/no brew function for optimal brewing conditions. Equipped with a gourmet coffee brew basket and a large spray pan assembly, it ensures even extraction for rich flavor. The rinse cycle and tank drain simplify maintenance, while three powerful 10.0kW heaters provide rapid heating capabilities. With a maximum output of 36.0 gallons per hour, this brewer is perfect for busy environments. The FETCO CBS-71AC operates on 120/208-240v, 3-phase power with a maximum amp draw of 63.2 - 72.9 amps and a total power consumption of 22.8 - 30.1kW. It features a terminal block for easy electrical connections and is certified by UL, cUL, and NSF. For optimal performance, use with the FETCO LBD-6C thermal server (sold separately).
