Description
The FETCO CBS-71AC (C71038) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, perfect for high-volume settings. This 7000 Series model features a single 6.0-gallon capacity and is equipped with a mobile cart for easy maneuverability. It operates automatically with an on/off switch and includes a low temperature/no brew feature to ensure optimal brewing conditions. The brewer is designed for gourmet coffee, utilizing a specialized brew basket and a large spray pan assembly for even extraction. It also includes a rinse cycle for easy maintenance and a tank drain for efficient cleaning. With three powerful 10.0kW heaters, it can produce up to 36.0 gallons of coffee per hour, making it ideal for busy environments. The FETCO CBS-71AC operates on a 440-480V, 3-phase electrical system with a maximum amp draw of 30.1 - 36.1 amps and a total power consumption of 20.8 - 30.0kW. It features a terminal block for easy electrical connections and comes with a 120V cord and plug for added convenience. This model is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO LBD-6C (sold separately).
