The FETCO CBS-72A (C72027) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a robust 7000 Series construction. This countertop model boasts a twin configuration with a generous 6.0-gallon capacity, making it ideal for high-volume coffee production. Key features include an automatic on/off switch, a low temperature/no brew function, and a gourmet coffee brew basket that ensures optimal extraction. The large spray pan assembly enhances brewing efficiency, while the rinse cycle and tank drain simplify maintenance. Equipped with two powerful 3 x 5kW heaters, this brewer operates without power management and is compatible with 120/208-240v, 3-phase electrical systems.
