Description
The FETCO CBS-72A (C72037) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, ideal for high-volume settings. This 7000 Series model features a twin configuration with a generous 6.0-gallon capacity, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh coffee. Its automatic on/off switch simplifies operation, while the low temperature/no brew feature prevents brewing at inadequate temperatures. Equipped with a gourmet coffee brew basket and a large spray pan assembly, it optimizes extraction for superior flavor. The rinse cycle and tank drain facilitate easy maintenance. The brewer includes two powerful 3 x 10kW heaters with advanced power management, operating on a 120/208-240v, 3-phase system with 4+G wires. It has a maximum amp draw of 63.2 - 72.9 and delivers an impressive output of 54.0 - 60.0 gallons per hour. The FETCO CBS-72A is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO LBD-6 (sold separately).
