The FETCO CBS-72A (C72047) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, featuring a robust 7000 Series construction. This twin brewer offers a generous 6.0-gallon capacity, making it ideal for high-volume coffee production. It operates automatically with an on/off switch and includes a low temperature/no brew feature to ensure optimal brewing conditions. Equipped with a gourmet coffee brew basket and a large spray pan assembly, the CBS-72A enhances flavor extraction for a superior coffee experience. The rinse cycle and tank drain simplify maintenance, while the dual 3 x 10kW heaters with power management provide efficient heating capabilities. Designed for commercial use, this brewer operates at 440-480V, 3-phase, with a maximum amp draw of 30.1 - 36.1 and a power output of 20.8 - 30.0kW. It delivers an impressive brewing capacity of 60.0 gallons per hour, ensuring a steady supply of fresh coffee. The unit is UL, cUL, and NSF certified for safety and quality. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO LBD-6 (sold separately).
