Description
The FETCO CBS-72AC (C72028) is a high-performance coffee brewer designed for thermal servers, ideal for high-volume settings. This twin brewer features a generous 6.0-gallon capacity and is equipped with a mobile cart for easy maneuverability. It operates automatically with an on/off switch and includes a low temperature/no brew feature to ensure optimal brewing conditions. The brewer is designed with a gourmet coffee brew basket and a large spray pan assembly for enhanced extraction and flavor. A convenient rinse cycle and tank drain simplify maintenance. It is powered by two 3 x 5.0kW heaters, providing efficient heating without power management. With a voltage range of 120/208-240v and a three-phase connection, the CBS-72AC delivers a maximum draw of 63.8 - 73.6 amps and produces between 23.0 - 30.2kW. It boasts an impressive brewing capacity of 36.0 - 42.0 gallons per hour, making it perfect for busy environments. The unit is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Compatible with FETCO LBD-6C, LBD-18, or LBD-24 thermal servers (sold separately).
