The Firex UDFIE40-D_V2 is a versatile electric multi-function cooker designed for high-capacity cooking with a 41-gallon capacity. Its robust construction features a stainless steel cooking vessel made from AISI 304, with a 12mm thick bottom for optimal heat distribution. The self-supporting frame is crafted from durable AISI 430 stainless steel, ensuring stability and longevity. Equipped with a motorized and insulated lid, this cooker enhances safety and efficiency during operation. The capacitive 7” touch screen control panel allows for easy navigation and precise cooking adjustments. An integrated shower head facilitates even cooking, while the tank tilting and automatic return features streamline the cooking process. Safety is prioritized with an emergency button and a manual reset safety thermostat. The cooker is designed with IPX5 protection, making it resistant to water ingress. Adjustable stainless steel feet provide stability on various surfaces. It operates on multiple power configurations: 38.5 kW at 3 phase 220-240V/60Hz (100 A), 32 kW at 3 phase 208V/60Hz (110 A), and 40.5 kW at 3 phase 460-480V/60Hz (57 A).
