The Firex ULPCE2-48 Electric Pasta Cooker is a versatile multicooker designed for high-volume cooking and blanching. The programmable electronic controls, equipped with a 7" touch screen, enable precise cooking settings for optimal results. This unit includes right and left side blanching tanks, making it ideal for various cooking tasks. The spring-balanced hinged lids provide easy access while maintaining heat retention. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cooker ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Adjustable feet allow for stability on uneven surfaces, while the powerful dual 25.5 kW heating elements deliver rapid heating.
