Temperature control is precise, utilizing two probes for accurate readings, while the cooling double-jacket ensures optimal performance. The pressure system is managed by a pressure switch set at 8.7 PSI, complemented by a safety valve at 12.3 PSI, a vacuum valve, and an analog pressure gauge for monitoring. User-friendly operation is facilitated by a multifunctional touch screen keyboard, an ON/OFF switch, and an emergency button for added safety. The kettle is supported by four adjustable stainless steel feet for stability.
