The Firex UPRIG122_V1 is a high-capacity gas tilting kettle designed for efficient cooking and versatility. With a generous 122-gallon capacity, it features indirect heating for even temperature distribution. The insulated lid includes a double cover to retain heat and enhance safety. This kettle offers five distinct cooking modes, allowing for a variety of culinary applications. The cooling double-jacket ensures optimal temperature control, while two temperature probes provide precise monitoring. The multifunctional touch screen keyboard simplifies operation, and the pressure is regulated by a pressure switch set at 8.7 PSI, complemented by a safety valve at 12.3 PSI. Additional features include a vacuum valve, an analog pressure gauge, an ON/OFF switch, and an emergency button for added safety. The double-jacket safety valve enhances operational security. The kettle is supported by four adjustable stainless steel feet for stability. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel inner liner and 304 stainless steel exterior, it meets IPX4 standards and is ETL certified for safety and performance.
