Description
The Forbes Industries 5200-6-H3 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a 6 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features three evenly spaced holding and warming induction units, ensuring optimal temperature control for your dishes. The elegant wood veneer construction is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop and solid wood molding, providing a stylish yet functional appearance. The open cabinet design includes a bottom shelf for additional storage, while tapered corner supports enhance stability. Each induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, delivering 650 watts of heating power. With 20 adjustable hold settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, you can easily maintain the perfect serving temperature. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, allows for precise adjustments. The touch-sensitive control box features a stainless steel frame and an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for user-friendly operation. Safety is prioritized with over/under voltage protection. The unit is mobile, supported by 5" grey wheels, and meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards for quality and safety.
