The Forbes Industries 5200-8-C1 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features a centrally positioned cooking induction unit, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility. The unit boasts a stylish wood veneer finish complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop and solid wood molding, providing a sophisticated look for any setting. This serving counter includes an open cabinet with a bottom shelf for convenient storage. Its tapered corner supports enhance stability and aesthetics. The induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, offering durability and safety. Users can easily switch between power and temperature modes, with a temperature range of 90° - 440°F. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, ensures precise cooking. The touch-sensitive control box features a stainless steel frame and an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for user-friendly operation.
